“Winning the world finals was an incredible experience. It’s always rewarding to have
your work recognised, especially with all the hours of work that go on behind the
scenes! The insight we received from the conference itself was invaluable. To hear so
many industry professionals connecting their thoughts on how we can move the industry
forward with sustainability at the forefront was really exciting to hear, and I think a lot
of innovation is going to filter through as a result of the conference over the coming
months. I think it was also great for those from industry to connect with graduating
students, and for them to also be inspired by the work we have been producing!”
