• Pressure-treated pine, color: must be stained same color
as house siding color
• Cedar, color: stained same color as house siding color
• Fence height, may be 4’ or 6’ H
• Board-on-board, 1x4 cap board, top to be flat and level
• Fence must be stepped to follow grade if grade slopes
