Patio/Sliding doors
As of 8/9/22, homeowners must use the Wojan, 2500 series/Transon sidelite, glass door system in white for any/all
patio and sliding door replacements. No trim capping is allowed, and the visible portion of perimeter frame and door
frame is not to exceed 3 ¾ inches at head and both jambs, and 3 7/8 inches at sill
A DRB application is needed for any replacement sliding doors
Storm Doors
Must be full view and white
May have a kickplate (maximum 12” from bottom of door)
Note: Some existing storm doors that do not meet this standard may have been approved prior to approval
