• James Hardie Select Cedarmill, fiber cement, wood grain texture.
• PlyChem Allura, fiber cement, wood grain texture.
• Cedar.

Stipulations:

• Homes currently painted with exterior color palette #6, or any unapproved color palette,
must switch to one of the other approved color palettes at the time of substantive repair or
replacement, so long as they do not match either of their adjacent properties color palette.
• All color palette changes require a DRB application to be reviewed at the staff level for
approval.
• The siding must be painted with the approved color palette.
• All sides must be replaced at the same time with the approved material.
• There will be no alteration of the design, dimensions, and profile of the existing trim.

• Wood horizontal, clapboard
• CertainTeed Weatherboards, smooth finish, fiber cement
