Elevated Deck Privacy Screens:
• Wood, Vertical louvered style.
• That elevated deck privacy screens may only be installed on those units that do not have
brick privacy walls.
• That the privacy screen extends the full depth of the deck to which it is attached and replace
the railing on that side.
• That the privacy screens have a minimum height of 6’ from the deck floor; and
• That the privacy screen be finished to match the deck in conformance with the Design
Review Board- approved color palette for Lake Audubon Terrace Cluster.
