Stipulation:

• Irregular Flagstone (local supplier/color unrestricted)

 Above ground patio exposed edges must be faced and/or finished with stone.

 Natural stone patios may be installed as a substitute for rear lower-decks without a DRB-
application if the patios conform to the “Patios and Walkways Design Guidelines” No
Application requirements.

Docks

Color for docks and dock stairways is Sikkens Cetol SRD "Natural Light 996".
