Upper-Level Decks:
Upper-level decks can extend the lateral width of the property, but the actual depth depends on
which model house it is, the setbacks of the adjoining properties, and the existing decks on the two
adjacent properties. To be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Some may be required to be angled the
deck at 45 degrees to meet the party wall.
