The New Kitchen will revolutionize life for the Club's culinary team, adding approx. 1,000 sq ft of working
space for Chef Markus and co., enhancing storage, transitioning from gas to induction cooking and
featuring a new custom-built cooking island 8 .
Pastry Chef N athan and his team will benefit from their own dedicated area8 , allowing for further
creativity, while a large prep area will allow for more effective plating - especially for larger functions.
The back service staircase to the G arden is also being rebuilt 8 , which in conjunction with a brand-new
service pavihon O will enhance summer service in the G arden.
Upon completion of the N ew Kitchen, Members will experience faster service and a diversified menu - while
the Club will be better able to service simultaneous functions.
