14 The meeting started at 3:00 p.m.

16 Dr. Jessie Anne T. Demetillo presented the agenda for the meeting as follows:

22 Prof. Noel A. Sedigo warmly welcomed the T3 newly hired faculty members.

25 Dr. Jessie Anne T. Demetillo presented the T3 Campus' faculty and staff with designation/s.
26 All designated T3 Key officials were called and presented on stage and were acknowledged.

28 T3 Campus Calendar
29 Prof. Noel A Sedigo discussed the T3 Campus Calendar. He emphasized that activities
30 presented must be accomplished during the prescribed period, and everyone is encouraged to
31 observe, take part, and cooperate.

33 T3 Sportsfest
34 Prof. Noel A. Sedigo suggested to the T3 Sports Coordinators that they shall conduct Sportfest
35 per campus simultaneously.
36 Prof. Noel A. Sedigo also decided that only selected games are to be included and conducted
37 during the T3 Sportfest. He likewise stressed to everyone to be mindful of the policies on the conduct
38 of the events for the safety and security of the coaches, players, and students.

40 Faculty Loading and Schedule
41 T3 Coordinators were requested by Prof. Noel A. Sedigo to present their respective campus’
42 faculty loading and schedule. Only Trece Campus was able to present. The faculty loading and
43 schedule were presented by Mr. Gideon Luke P. Ty, Guidance Coordinator of Trece Campus.
