        6.1 Monitoring

        6.1.1 Principles

The Group must ensure that each company has an effective system in place to deliver vehicle
        cleaning.

The Group Companies will ensure the effectiveness of their cleaning systems through means of
        monitoring.

        6.1.2 Process

Each cleaning, as defined in this standard, must be documented and entered into an appropriate
        electronic database.

A sample of cleaning must be reviewed on a planned basis to ensure that the standards contained
herein are being met and maintained.

        6.1.3 People

Maintenance Director (or equivalent) must ensure that cleanings are included in their annual
        cleaning plan.

Where third party providers are contracted to provide cleaning services, the Maintenance Director
must ensure that a monitoring and audit regime is implemented to verify that cleaning services are
performed in line with this Standard.

Maintenance managers (or equivalent) must ensure that cleaners are properly trained and
competent and carry out a management tracking.

        6.2 Measurement

Each cleaning must be recorded, as well as the number and type of cleanings carried out.

Periodic audits must be carried out in which the state of the cleanings will be recorded, as well as
the number and seriousness of the non-compliances and the conformities.
