Progress must be measured against agreed measures to address the areas of non-compliance and
non-conformity.

6.3 Reporting and audit

Group Companies are required to determine the frequency and arrangements for the following to
be reported and reviewed internally:

● The number of cleanings verified spot checks planned and undertaken each month
● Spot check audit scores
● The number of vehicle cleaning audits planned and conducted each month
● Vehicle cleanliness audit scores and the number and severity of non-compliances.
● Staff associate to the service (if outsourced)

Group Companies are required to report to the Group Maintenance Director on a monthly basis:

 The number of cleaning audits undertaken
 Vehicle cleanliness audit scores.
