               5.  Square









                         What is a square ?


                         Square is a rectangle that has all sides the same long that field.








                                             Take a look at the picture on the side. The side square is called

                                             the square ABCD because the vertices, A, B, C and D. While the

                                             sides AB, BC, CD, and DA.







               From the picture above we can conclude the properties of a parallelogram:


                    1.  Has 4 sides

                    2.   All four sides are the same length

                    3.   The diagonal bisects 2 the same length

                    4.   All four angles are the same

                    5.   Has 4 fold symmetry

                    6.   Has 4 rotational symmetries




                                              Area of a square = s x s


                                                    Around = 4 x s
