law.” These things of the fruit of the Spirit

are not condemned and are not contrary to

the law.

So what does it mean to walk in the

Spirit? We know what it means to live in the

Spirit, that is, we're saved by the grace of

God. To walk in the Spirit speaks of the

Christian life and that we are to be governed

and controlled by the Spirit of God. It's the

opposite of verses 19, 20, and 21. It's the

total opposite of walking in the works of the

flesh.

Now, next Sunday night we'll be taking a

brief break from Galatians. We'll be

observing the Lord's Supper and
