permanently as the five foolish virgins, cut off

and no hope of eternal life. Ellen White taught

that if any Adventist had not been brought

through the Millerite experience, it was too late

to be saved. Now, obviously, they had to

lighten up on that as the years went on. They’ve

had to change doctrines much over the years.

Now, let me read a very familiar passage

from Revelation chapter 22, the last few verses

of this chapter. I’m going to be reading verses

18 and 19: “For I testify unto every man that

heareth the words of the prophecy of this book,

If any man shall add unto these things, God shall

add unto him the plagues that are written in this

book.” Now, remember the passage in Isaiah 8,

verse 20: “If they speak not according to this

word, it is because there is no light in

them.” Revelation 22:18 says not to add to the
