around 165 A.D. In other words, this passage
has nothing to do with 1844. It has nothing to
do with a heavenly sanctuary. The entire
chapter, the entire context has to do with an
earthly sanctuary that was in Jerusalem. It’s a
passage taken out of context and built upon, and
an entire denominational cult is centered around
this one verse.
The Scapegoat Theory
This thing goes a little bit further than
that. Because of The Investigative Judgment
theory and theology that Seventh-Day Adventists
teach, you also have the scapegoat theology or
theory. And you ask, “What do you mean by
that?” The SDA believes that our sins will be
placed upon Satan when Jesus Christ comes
again. Have you ever heard that before? And
they take that from Leviticus chapter 16 where
there are two goats, one is sacrificed and dies
