will then be desolate.” This is from The Great

Controversy, page 485. Ellen White says all

men’s sins are placed on Satan. I’m sorry, but

my iniquities were placed upon Jesus Christ. He

died for my sins according to Isaiah 53, and

Hebrews 9:28, Christ once suffered to bear the

sins of many. Ephesians chapter 1, we are

forgiven of sins through Jesus Christ. I’m not

depending upon the devil to take away my

sins. I’m depending upon Jesus Christ.

Now, notice what God says in His Word. He

says very clearly here in 1 Peter chapter 2,

verses 23 and 24: “Who, when he was reviled,

reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened

not; but committed himself to him that judgeth

his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to
