A right relationship with God must begin
with acknowledging God’s existence by the
“things that are made.” Hebrews 11:6
says, “But without faith it is impossible to
please him: for he that cometh to God must
believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder
of them that diligently seek him.”
HARDENING OF THE HEART
It’s spiritually precarious not to respond to
God’s voice through His creation, His
written Word, His spoken Word, and/or our
God-given conscience (See Romans 1:21-
32). Hebrews 4:7b says: “To day if ye will
hear his voice, harden not your hearts.”
People seem to think that they can live the
way they want to live, and when they’re
