GOD SPEAKS TO MANKIND

God speaks to mankind and draws mankind

to reconciliation and salvation in at least

four ways or a combination of those four

ways: (1) by creation (2) by His written

Word, (3) by His born-again children who

convey and preach God’s written Word, and

(4) by a God-given conscience.

 By creation: According to Romans

1:19 & 20, God expects mankind to

acknowledge His existence just by

observing creation alone: “Because

that which may be known of God

is manifest in them; for God hath

shewed it unto them. 20 For the
