God also led me to Scripture that assured
me that believers receive all of His Holy
Spirit at the very moment they repentantly
trust Christ as their Savior. Romans 8:32
says, “He that spared not his own Son, but
delivered him up for us all, how shall he not
with him also freely give us all things?” and
Colossians 2:10 says, “And ye are complete
in him.” When I read the words “freely give
us” in Romans 8:32, I recalled one of the
neighbors telling me that she had literally
begged God for several days to receive the
