not works. I don't remember whether this
is in the article or not and it's not a fabulous
saying, but just listen to this: “When one
receives Christ as Savior, they have a new
Lord and Master. To confess Jesus as Lord
means we agree with all that the Bible has
to say about Him. To receive Christ as Savior
means that we have a new Lord and a new
Master; we're no longer our own Lord, but
we're trusting Christ as our Lord and
Savior.”
Speaking of the church at Thessalonica,
Paul says in 1 Thessalonians 1:9, “For they
themselves shew of us what manner of
entering in we had unto you, and how ye
