Savior as a "man of sorrows and

acquainted with grief,” not the life of

the party! And to constantly provide a

fun, light-hearted environment nullifies

the serious atmosphere in which the

Holy Spirit can bring conviction of sin

to a person’s heart, and conviction of

sin is a necessary component of true

conversion.

God will not condescend to our carnal

methods of “drawing a crowd” and save

souls in spite of those methods. God

knows those who will repent of their

sins and savingly believe the Gospel,

and He will arrange all the necessary

circumstances for those potential
