but also for point number two when we deal

with the subject of sodomy. Sodomy — not

that particular name — is mentioned twice

in 1 Corinthians 6:9, but fornication and

adulteries are mentioned as well. Chapter

5, verses 9, 10, and 11, mention fornication

or adultery. Chapter 10, verses 6 through 8,

mention fornication by Israel in the Old

Testament, and around 24,000 people died

because of fornication and idolatry. In 2

Corinthians chapter 12, verse 21, the Lord,

through Paul, is dealing with what Paul

would be dealing with because of those

who had not repented of uncleanness and

fornication. But notice in 1 Corinthians

chapter 6, beginning in verse 9, “Know ye

not that the unrighteous shall not inherit
