of men!” (Psalms 107:8, 15, 21, 31).

Psalms 19 & 20

Psalm 19 is a magnificent tribute to God’s

revelation of Himself through creation and

through His Word, and it’s also a tribute to

God’s holy standards. David loved God’s

Word and he loved righteousness. In Psalm

119:97 David says, “O how love I thy law! it

is my meditation all the day.” Psalm 19:7-11,

which focuses on God’s statutes, has been put

to music and sung by many Bible-believing

Christians. And there was no doubt in

David’s mind (as there is in our day) that

there is a Creator who designed and brought
