2021 INTERNS

                                                                                                                                                                                                 backgrounds. For Lamas, it was “Rosendin’s
                                                                                                                                                                                                 vision of creating an environment that leads,
                                                                                                                                                                                                 inspires, and builds.” On the other hand,
                                                                                                                                                                                                 Fisher was drawn in by Rosendin’s Culture
                                                                                                                                                                                                 of Care, an initiative established in 2020.

                                                                                                                                                                                                 Internships can make or break a student’s
                                                                                                                                                                                                 perspective on an industry. They can be
                                                                                                                                                                                                 inspired to create and thrive, or they can
                                                                                                                                                                                                 become discouraged. Rosendin hosts this
                                                                                                                                                                                                 program in hopes to continue building up
                                                                                                                                                                                                 young minds and showing students that
                                                                                                                                                                                                 there are so many aspects of the construction
                                                                                                                                                                                                 industry that students can be a part of. ■
