                                                                              lameness of 2 months’ duration. There is an
                                                                              expansile mixed productive and osteolytic mass
                                                                              arising from the ulnar diaphysis (a). Image b is
                                                                              a magnification of  image  a centered on  the
                                                                              ulna proximal to the primary lesion. There is
                                                                              a  subtle increase in medullary attenuation
                                                                              (b: arrow) near the bone lesion as compared to
                                                                              the normal low attenuation seen more proxi-
                                                                              mally (b: arrowhead). This region markedly and
                                                                              homogeneously enhances following contrast
                                                                              administration,  indicative  of  proximal  tumor
                                                                              extension  (c:  arrow).  Fine‐needle  aspiration
                                                                              biopsy yielded a diagnosis of osteosarcoma.
