There is very little in the way of 4-wheelers that will out-
accelerate the CE04 away from the traffic lights.
Handling I found to be great. It looks very long in the
wheelbase, but that has no effect on handling. I rode it in
urban and rural environments.
It is heavy off the stand, but once it is upright, it feels light,
both stationary and at slow or faster speeds. It will happily sit
at 110km/h if your commute has those sorts of roads.
There are several modes which change throttle and
regenerative effects. (Eco, Rain, Road and Dynamic)
Brakes are superb and the regenerative effect of recharging
is also very good, lighting up the brake light as the scooter is
decelerating.
I guess my biggest gripes are that the RANGE is limited to
130kms. Pricing is also a little high, but I have not seen any
quality electric vehicles that are cheap, and for the price, BMW
