3 For health and safety reasons, we're asking all customers to wear a
4 mask when they enter the store from next month. We will need your
5 help to make it happen. Please follow BOWL when facing customers
who don't have a mask on.

7 Be clear and polite.
8 The first step is to tell them about the mask rule and why we're
9 doing this in a clear and polite way. Don't forget to thank them for
respecting and following the rule.

11 Offer them a mask.
12 If the customers already have a mask, it's great. If not, then
13 provide one for them. The manager will put several boxes of masks at
the front desk every morning.
