2 When they put the mask on, welcome them to the store and wish
3 them happy shopping.
4 Let the manager know.
5 Sometimes, there are people who just won't put on a mask. For
6 those who won't comply with the rule, repeat the first two steps until
7 they agree to wear a mask. At the same time, let the manager know,
8 and you will get the help you need. You don't have to do this alone.
9 The new company rule protects both the customers and, most
10 importantly, you. The company cannot do this without you. We thank
11 you for your help in this difficult time.
