the opportunity God gave them to be witnesses. With the ex-
citement of encountering Mayor Bartley earlier, they contin-
ued to witness to more strangers in the mall.
“Excuse me sir, is it okay if i ask you a question?” Samaria
asked.
“Make it quick because I have to take care of something.”
“Yes sir.” Samaria posed the same question she had been
taught in bible study to the new stranger. “Do you know Jesus
as your personal Lord and Savior?”
“Jesus doesn’t love me.” the stranger responded.
“Oh but sir, he really does. John 3:16 tells us that God so
loved the world, that he gave us his only begotten son, and
whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlast-
ing life,” Samaria said.
“Belief is faith, and faith is knowing that Jesus died, and
that he exists and rose again with all power in his hands,” Kat-
ey added.
“Believing is also understanding that if you ask Jesus Christ
to come into your heart as your personal lord and savior, and
believe that he’s the son of the living God, He will do it, if you
allow him, Adriana said.
“Everything consists of belief, it’s a faith walk,” Katey said.
“Wow I guess I never took the time out to look at it that way,”
the man said.
“Allowing Jesus to come into your life and dwell in your life
is the best choice a person can make,” Samaria said. Once
you receive Christ into your life as lord and as savior, you begin
to see life and this world in new ways,” Katey said. “You will still
deal with trials and tribulations. The difference is you will have
the presence of Jesus in your life, guiding you through it.
“Safe to say sir, this life makes no sense without Jesus,”
Adriana said. “This life is meaningless, dark and gloomy with-
out Jesus Christ dwelling inside a person’s life. People commit
