them,” Adriana said.
The man began to cry.
Samaria continued, “Jesus is the missing link, he’s the miss-
ing piece to the puzzle and he is the answer. So my question
to you, sir, is would you like to try Jesus? Would you like to invite
him into your heart as Lord and as Savior?”
“Yes I will,” the man said while crying. Samaria handed
the man some tissue. She breathed in and let the moment
linger for a while. Then Katey spoke. “If you will sir, repeat after
me.”
Katey began to pray, pausing between sentences to al-
low time for the man to repeat after her. “Father in the name
of Jesus Christ, I am a sinner in need of your grace. Jesus, I
believe that you are the son of the living God.”
The man began to weep even harder.
“It’s okay sir,” Samaria said as she placed her right hand
on the man’s left shoulder and continued the prayer. “Jesus,
I believe that you died for my sins and that you arose with
all power in your hands. Jesus, I ask that you come into my
heart and become my personal lord and savior. Father, I ask
that you baptize me with your Holy Spirit and give me the evi-
dence of speaking in tongues. In Jesus name. Amen.”
“Now, if you will right here and right now, as a demonstra-
tion of your faith and thankfulness, lift your hands and tell Jesus
thank you for saving you.” Katey said.
The man lifted his hands, repeatedly telling Jesus how
much he thanked him for saving him.
The man cried like a newborn baby and Samaria, Katey,
and Adriana embraced him with a group hug. Afterwards the
man looked at each of them. At that moment the girls no-
