What a wonderful weekend (Sept 27th) celebrating the new trails developed in the Hastings Junction Nature Preserve!
Happy to partner with the Nature Conservancy of Canada through a $57,000 contribution from the provincial government
via the Ministry of Tourism under the Ontario Trillium Fund. Together, we’re working to protect our environment and
ensure that people from all over the world can enjoy the beauty of Madoc Township.

Since 1996, Futurpreneur fostered the entrepreneurial passions of Canada’s diverse startup
founders ages 18-39. They are the only national non-profit organization that provides young
aspiring entrepreneurs across Canada with the loan financing, mentorship and resources
they need to start or buy a business.
As shadow Minister of Women, Gender Equality and Youth, I had an inspiring conversation
over zoom on Sept 24 with Karen Greve Young, Chief Executive Officer. She shared success
stories, loan & mentorship offerings and ambitious ideas to help young aspiring
entrepreneurs with dreams of launching their businesses.
