SALES INCENTIVE/
                 HOURLY EMPLOYEES







                Customer experience is ALWAYS our #1 priority… take extra care of
                your customers and of your performance during peak period!  Ensure to
                rally all of your team (especially hourly employees) to ensure your store
                goes green.

                Remind your hourly employees that they can make a difference in the
                store’s sales performance and they will be rewarded for their contribution.

                The Sales Incentive Program has been designed to strengthen the link
                between contribution and performance by rewarding hourly employees
                on the attainment of monthly sales targets. All hourly employees (except
                Team Leads) in good performance standing are eligible, as of their hire
                date, to participate in this program.

                A  bonus for every hour worked will be granted when store achieves their
                monthly sales!
