What are the key points to be noted while uploading the evidences for the
implemented reforms?
At the time of uploading the evidences States/ UTs are required to provide at least one
of the following:
• Links to uploaded videos of user walk through
• User manual consisting screenshots to prove the functionality of the system
• User ID & Password to DPIIT to check the functionality of the system
• Scanned copy of other relevant documents/ notifications/ govt order
In which language are the evidences/ proof required to be submitted on
portal?
Evidence should be submitted only in English (preferably) or Hindi, in case of
usage of other languages, translation in either of the two languages should be
provided.
What is the maximum number of iterations permissible for States/ UTs, in case of
any clarification is sought by DPIIT during evaluation?
During evaluation of the uploaded evidences, if any clarification is sought by DPIIT from
the State/ UT, maximum 2 (two) iterations will be allowed for each reform.
Is there a specific timeline for the State/ UT to respond to queries sought
by DPIIT?
During evaluation of the uploaded reforms, if any clarification is sought by DPIIT,
States/ UTs will be required to submit response to the clarification within 7 days.
What are the categories of Reforms for upload on the EODB portal?
Reforms that are uploaded on Portal will fall into 4 categories
