When would feedback exercise be conducted?
Feedback exercise is planned to be conducted in the month of May 2021.

How would user feedback be taken?
User feedback will be taken through telephonic interview and/ or WhatsApp/ SMS/
Email based link.

What will be the sample size for user survey?
A sample of 2% of total user database submitted will be considered, with
minimum of 20 users and maximum of 100 users through random sampling
method.
i. In case the 2% user count is less than 20 the minimum users to be considered
for survey will be 20.
ii. In case the 2% user count exceeds 100, in such cases a maximum of 100 users
will be considered for survey.

How would feedback be taken from the users who have availed multiple
services?
For the purpose of the survey, States/ UTs are encouraged to give users
specific/unique to a particular reform to improve the quality of feedback, wherein
the system will automatically sort individual users over users who have availed
multiple services. However, the survey would first factor-in those who have availed
single service and in case, the minimum number required for survey is not reached,
we would then be taking feedback from users of multiple services.

How the assessment would be done for the reforms in which the number of
users during the period 1st Nov 2020 to 31st March 2021 is less than 20 in the
State/UT?
No feedback will be collected on an Action Point for a State/ UT if the number of
users for the system is less than 20. In such cases, State/UT will not be awarded any
marks for such reform. Such reforms will be considered as NA2 and the same will be
deducted from the denominator.
