            about what you do, lead with authenticity and walk your talk. This
            will attract people with a great attitude, who love people and are
            genuinely  interested  in making  a difference.  You  are  their  role
            model and are on show all the time. Your behaviour sets the tone
            for the business and your colleagues will respond to what they see
            you do, rather than what you ask them to do.
