5. Mineral
One of the substances that is quite important
its role for the body is mineral. Minerals are non-
organic compounds that do not provide energy.
Minerals consist of two groups, including
macroelements and microelements. Macroelements
are various elements that the body needs in large
quantities. For example, sodium, potassium,
phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine, and sulfur.
