Despite the loss of the entire 1st quarter of the training year 2020-21 due to COVID
pandemic lockdown, NADP was able to conduct 34 e-MDP courses covering 3624 training
mandays as against 40 MDP courses in 2019-20 with 3707 training mandays. The capacity
to conduct almost the same no. of courses even during pandemic lockdown indicates the
versatility as well as the easy adaptability of the new model.

2. BETTER ENGAGEMENT,
BETTER PARTICIPATION

NADP e-MDP is not merely a technological system. It is also about effective course content and
engaging instructional design. Intensive collaboration with Subject Matter Experts for course and
instructional design has made the e-MDP courses engaging, immersive, effective and impactful. The
response of the target audience was positive leading to greater participation.
