• We understand that everyone is entitled to a moan about their job sometimes, just
try to remember there is a limit to what we can take!
• We understand that drivers often have ‘private’ messages, WhatsApp groups or
other forums but please remember – PEOPLE TALK AND TAKE GREAT
PLEASURE IN TELLING TALES!! A message you sent being nasty about a
colleague before you know it may have been screenshot and sent on.

Just think before you type:

Is this nice?
Do I NEED to say it?
Would I like it said about me?

If the answer is no, don’t send it.

We will take action against any discrimination or bullying even if the initial
comment was made in a private group.

Just think – do you want to be the guy who lost his job and got branded a bully over a
stupid playground message, facebook comment or text sent on a whim?

A message we like to live by here at FTL…

In general, we just like to remind people it’s not good for anyone to be miserable and waste
their energy on negativity so let’s all work together, take the rough with the smooth and
maintain the great working environment we have!
