Safe Tipping at TJ Sites

Drivers are to remain in the cab during the tipping process.

You must reverse up to the tipping location as instructed by the machine driver or
reversing assistant.

If pedestrians or vehicles enter the exclusion zone during tipping, then the operation

must stop and the body be lowered until the area is safe again to proceed.
Under no circumstances is TANDEM TIPPING allowed.

The vehicle must not leave the tipping area with a raised body.
The sheet must also be fully closed before leaving the tipping area.

Drivers must check their tailboards are correctly closed before leaving site.

These rules apply on all TJ sites.

Remember the 15 Metre Exclusion Zone for all vehicles and pedestrians when
vehicles are tipping
