list of unique trisaccharide fatty acid esters (named noniosides), along with the phenolics damnachanthal (an
anthraquinone, in traces in the fruit) Americanin A (a neolignan), narcissoside (a flavonol glycoside), scopoletin
and isoscopoletin (coumarins), aesculetin, asperulosidic acid (iridoid) and the well described biologically active
flavonoids rutin and quercetin, and many active phytosterols and terpenoids, were found to be potent
antioxidants, free radical neutralizers, detoxifiers, lipid- and energy metabolism enhancers and regulators,
antiinflammatory, immune-stimulants, apoptosis inducers, tumor and vascular cell proliferation suppressors,
cell transformation inhibitors., antibiotics. COCONUT milk provides a specific component of lipasic and
