4. 熱水溫度無法上升（Hot water’s temperature cannot rise. ）

可能原因 排除方法
Possible reasons Methods

請立即關閉電源與水源，並聯絡本公司人員維修。
感溫棒損毀
Turn off the power and water supply and then contact our company’s technician
Temperature Sensor broken
for repair.

請立即關閉電源與水源，並聯絡本公司人員維修。
電熱管燒毀
Turn off the power and water supply and then contact our company’s technician
Heating-rod burnout
for repair.

5.冰水溫度無法下降（Cold water’s temperature cannot decrease. ）

可能原因 排除方法

Possible reasons Methods
冰控開關沒有開啟 檢查並開啟冰控開關，並旋轉調整至（4）位置。
The cold-controller is not on Check the cold-controller, turn it on, and adjust the switch to 4.
冷凍系統問題 請聯絡本公司維修人員維修。

Freezing equipment’s problem Please contact our company’s technician for repair.
