The Honorable Micheal Jimerson serves as Rusk County and District Attorney.
                            Founding member of Texas Prosecutor Society, and he was first elected County
                            and District Attorney of Rusk County in 2004. A 1993 graduate of Baylor
                            University Law School and one-time general, civil and personal injury lawyer,
                            Jimerson was elected Rusk County district attorney in November 2004.



                            Michael Ferguson is the lead instructor of Criminal Justice at Kilgore College in
                            Kilgore Texas, teaches at the East Texas Police Academy, and is an adjunct
                            lecturer of Criminal Justice for Sam Houston State University and the University
                            of Texas at Tyler. Michael has had the unique experience of seeing the criminal
                            justice system from multiple perspectives: as a street cop; as a victim of crime,
                            having suffered serious bodily injury in a nearly fatal, on-duty crash with an
                            intoxicated driver; as a law enforcement trainer at one of the largest regional
        police academies in the State of Texas; have severed on Texas Commission on Law Enforcement
        Committees, in addition, Michael is a National Certified Law Enforcement Trainer.


                            Major Michael Bradberry – currently oversees the administrative, operational
                            law enforcement and security activities of the Texas Highway Patrol throughout
                            42 counties in Northeast Texas. Major Bradberry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree
                            in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Stephen F. Austin University
                            in 1993. Bradberry also graduated from the FBI National Academy in 2009,
                            Session #238.

                            Honorable Judge Richard Carter – Director of Legal Services.
                            Judge Carter presently is the Director of Legal Services at U.S. Law Shield, with
                            experience as Senior Attorney Combine Law Enforcement Associations of Texas;
                            Municipal Court Judge – Arlington; Waco Police Legal Advisor; Hunt County
                            Attorney he attended East Texas State University BA, Texas Tech University School
                            of Law JD.



                            Captain Cris Andersen - retired from San Antonio Police Department – Texas
                            Law Shield.
                            Commander, San Antonio Special Investigations (Ret). Captain Andersen has
                            presented nationally on a multitude of issues including use of force.
