       EMPLOYMENT STATUS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
                  JOB DESCRIPTIONS



       Springsville International School makes every effort to create and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions
       within the school.
       The school maintains job descriptions to aid in orienting new employees to their jobs, identifying the
       requirements of each position, establishing hiring criteria and setting standards for employee performance

       evaluation.
       Staff should remember that job descriptions do not necessarily cover every task or duty that might be assigned,
       and that additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.



                  EMPLOYMENT CATEGORIES
       It is the intent of Springsville International School to clarify the definitions of employment classifications so that staff
       understand their employment status and benefit eligibility. Each employee will belong to one of the following employment
       categories:
       Regular employees – are staff members who have been confirmed and are entitled to full benefits. They may either be in

       the junior or senior staff category.
