Transport
         Transport allowance shall be paid to all staff. The amount payable shall be specified in the letter of appointment.
         4.4. Medicals

         Medical allowance shall be paid to all employees and staff medical allowance is made available in the letter of
         appointment.
         Discounted fees for staff children.
         As an incentive for staff members, staff children shall enjoy privilege of attending the school with a minimal payment of

         50% of tuition fess only per child. Each staff is only allowed a maximum of 2 children. Half of the total fees is expected to
         be paid on resumption while the balance is to be paid by midterm.


                     Loans and advances
          (i) Salary advance – The school management does not encourage salary advance for its staff but where salary advance

         request is deemed to be cogent and genuine, management can approve as appropriate.
          (ii) Personal loan
           Approval for personal loan shall fulfill the following conditions:
         (a)The staff must be confirmed and guarantor letter signed and completed.

         (b) Maximum repayment period is 3 months
         (c)It must be paid off within a term
         (d) The rule is first come first serve. Maximum of 3 staff in a term.
         (e)All loans shall be subject to maximum of N100,000 per staff
         (f)The staff must not have any outstanding loan with the school

         staff bonus will no longer be automatic but it shall be a reward for staff who perform exceptionally well within the year.
         The nature of the reward shall be at the discretion of the management.
