The school management encourages staff to introduce new pupils to the school; every staff is entitled to a maximum
    incentive of 2.5% of the tuition fees payable per month per child introduced on the condition that the child has paid his

    full dues.


     RESPONSIBILITY ALLOWANCE

    Some members of staff by the nature of their responsibility are allocated allowance accordingly.
     NON-ACCIDENT BONUS TO DRIVERS
    An accident free bonus of #10,000 shall be paid annually to any vehicle driver of the school who qualifies for it. Drivers will
    only be entitled to this bonus where the cost of major repairs (apart from routine service) on assigned car is zero. This will
    be paid after an assessment of the vehicle(s) by the Head of Admin and senior management staff.



    SECTION NINE
     LEAVE ADMINISTRATION
    Each employee is entitled to a period of leave during the school holidays in each academic year. For non-teaching staff, the

    duration of leave will be determined by their  based on the extent of work in the section. Only confirmed members of staff
    who have spent up to a full year are eligible for annual leave.
