Bank Loan
The conditions under which a staff can access bank facility are as follows:
(i)Must be a confirmed staff of the school and guarantor letter completed
(ii)Must have stayed in the school employment for at least five (5) years.
(iii)Must have no liability with school.
Please note that the school can only introduce a staff to the bank for bank loan accessibility but shall not be held liable in
case of default by the staff.
Staff Bonus
Yearly Training
(i) Workshop: when a workshop has been scheduled for staff, it is mandatory for all staff to attend and make use of the
information provided to them. All workshop materials should be kept and used as a reference guide.
(ii) Courses / External workshop: Springsville School takes training/workshop very seriously. The management will
constantly search for workshops/trainings and nominate staff to attend. All staff will have an equal opportunity to attend
training. If a staff is nominated, an official nominated letter will be given to the staff together with money for transport,
feeding and accommodation when necessary. Each staff will be expected to submit a detailed report, course materials,
registration, and course certificate upon their return.
(iii) International training/workshop: The school may send deserving staff on relevant International training depending on
the school financial buoyancy. If a staff is nominated for an international Course/training/workshop/online course, the
school will be responsible for paying the expenses. Staff that excel in their designated assignment and show dedication will
automatically qualify for this kind of training. Staffs that qualify will be required to sign a minimum of 3 years bond with the
school.
