SALARY ADMINISTRATION
      The school will endeavour to promote, develop and foster a sound system of salary administration. The main

      objectives are:
      a. To be, and remain competitive
      b. To provide compensation adequate to retain and reward well qualified personnel at all levels of responsibility

      c. To encourage and reward staff members and to motivate such personnel by a system which reflects individual
      effort and performance towards the success of the school
       PAY DAY
      Salaries are paid in arrears on a monthly basis. Each member of staff is entitled to a salary for each month for
      work done.

      Note that salary paid and payment might vary depending on circumstances arising.


      SALARIES
      Each employee is paid salary which must be taxed under the existing tax laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

      Each employee’s salary is broken down as follows:
      Basic
      Housing Allowance
      Transport Allowance
      Utility Allowance

      ENTRY SALARIES
      New employees with little or no work experience are placed on the first step of their appropriate grades, however,
      candidates with many years of experience may be offered salaries based on their years of experience, skills and other
      relevant factors. Such employees will be placed between the minimum and maximum hiring rate of their appropriate

      grades.
