GRANDMA SNYDER’S HOME MADE ICE CREAM

        Ingredients
        4 cans evaporated milk                                1 pint heavy cream

        2 cups sugar                                          2 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract
        4 eggs
        5 tablespoons cocoa - for chocolate ice cream



        Instructions
        Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add milk and cream and stir. Pour into a freezer
        container and put into freezer. Makes 4 quarts.









        HOT FUDGE FOR ICE CREAM

        Ingredients
        1 can sweetened condensed milk                        2 squares unsweetened chocolate
        pinch of salt                                         few drops of water



        Instructions
        Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Heat until chocolate squares are
        melted and everything is mixed. The longer you cook it, the thicker it gets. Serve over
        ice cream.









        RON WRIGHT’S WHIPPED CREAM

        Ingredients
        1 pint heavy whipping cream
        dash of vanilla
        1/3 cup confectioners sugar



        Instructions
        Chill a metal bowl.

        When cold, pour in heavy cream.
        Slowly add confectioners sugar.
        Add vanilla and beat on high until the mixture begins to become sti .
        Do NOT beat too much or you will get butter.
