QUICK SWEDISH MEATBALLS

        Ingredients
        1 box beef Rice-A-Roni or 1 cup instant rice and 2 beef bouillon cubes
        1 pound ground beef
        1 egg



        Instructions
        Combine either instant rice or Rice-A-Roni, egg and ground beef. Make into little
        meatballs and brown on all sides. Combine Rice-A-Roni packet with 2½ cups of hot
        water or the 2 beef bouillon cubes. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.



        OVEN PORCUPINES

        Ingredients
        1 pound ground beef                      1/2 cup uncooked rice

        1/2 cup water                            1/3 cup chopped onion
        1 teaspoon salt                          1/2 teaspoon celery salt
        dash of garlic powder                    dash of pepper
        1 can (15oz) tomato sauce                1 cup water
        2 teaspoon Worcester sauce



        Instructions
        Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, water, onion, salts, garlic powder and
        pepper and shape into medium size balls. Place meatballs in an ungreased baking
        dish. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover with foil
        and bake 45 minutes then remove cover and bake 15 minutes.
        Serves 4-6.




        ONE DISH OVEN CHICKEN

        Ingredients
        1 package chicken stu ng mix
        2 boneless chicken breast halved
        1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
        1/3 cup sour cream


        Instructions
        Prepare stu ng mix as directed on package or make your own and set aside. Put

        chicken in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
        Then spread the prepared stu ng over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or
        until chicken is cooked through.
        Makes 4 servings
