HAMBURGER SLOPPY JOE

        Ingredients
        1 pound ground beef                      1 tablespoon vinegar
        1/2 cup chopped onion                    1 tablespoon sugar
        1/4 cup green pepper                     1 ½ Worcester sauce
        1/4 cup chopped celery                   1 teaspoon salt

        1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce  dash of pepper
        2 tablespoon ketchup


        Instructions
        Add a little oil to pan and brown meat. When brown, drain any left over grease and
        add the rest of the ingredients to the ground beef
        Mix and cook for a few minutes. Serve over toast or with hamburger rolls




        HAM AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

        Ingredients
        1 package wide noodles
        1 cup milk
        1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
        1/2 cup chopped green pepper
        1/4 cup finely chopped onions

        2 cups cubed cooked ham
        2 cups (8oz) shredded Swiss cheese


        Instructions
        Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions and then
        drain water. In a bowl gradually add milk to soup, add green pepper and onions. In a
        2 quart buttered casserole, alternate 2 layers of noodles, ham, cheese and sauce.
        Bake 30-40 minutes.

        BEEF BRISKET

        Ingredients
        1 beef brisket                           thyme
        garlic salt                              pepper



        Instructions
        Mix spices and rub all over the brisket. Put fatty side up and place in aluminum foil.
        Wrap and place in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-2½ hours.
